đź“‹ Description

• Support the U.S. Government Compliance team in the day-to-day operation and ongoing enhancement of the Collins U.S. Government Compliance Program • Research and interpret U.S. federal procurement laws and regulations, including FAR, DFARS, Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act, Procurement Integrity Act, and Defense Priorities and Allocations System • Support development, maintenance, and improvement of compliance guidance, processes, procedures, and tracking metrics • Work cross-functionally with internal teams on routine compliance questions and compliance-related activities • Draft and update compliance reference materials, job aids, and playbook content • Respond to internal inquiries related to government contract compliance • Support special projects and compliance initiatives • Prepare basic compliance training and informational materials • Support prime and subcontract compliance matters across the enterprise • Limited domestic travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Experience with U.S. Government contracting or related regulatory environments • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Experience supporting the full lifecycle of government contracts from formation through closeout • Working knowledge of Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act requirements • Working knowledge of commercial products and services contracting procedures • Basic understanding of cost/price principles or financial considerations in government contracting • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail • Domestic travel may be required on a limited basis
