• Prepare export license applications, including Technical Assistance Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements, DSP-5, and SNAP-R licenses • Support TTM U.S. facilities’ use of the U.S. Customs ACE Portal System • Ensure compliance with ITAR, OFAC, EAR, Census, and other U.S. government regulations • Perform watch list screening using the TTM Export Management System (OCR) • Collaborate with Programs, Contracts, Customer Service, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and HR to maintain function-specific export compliance • Identify and correct export compliance gaps • Work with global sites to ensure compliance with regulations applicable to non-U.S. sites • Review export-related contractual terms and conditions • Support and participate in non-compliance investigations • Draft and submit export classification requests, including CJs and CCATS • Review and approve foreign travel and visitor requests • Draft and implement Technology Control Plans for programs or facilities • Apply correct HTSUS codes for USC&BP • Review and approve international exports from TTM North American sites
• Associate’s degree in a Business Discipline • 5+ years of experience working for an ITAR registered defense contractor • Minimum of 5 years as an Empowered Official (22 C.F.R. §120.62) • In-depth knowledge of ITAR and EAR • Knowledge and application of USC&BP HTS Codes/HTSUS codes • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work with cross-functional teams • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and other export-control laws • Must be able to identify ITAR products and understand access restrictions for US Citizens and US Permanent Residents • Ability to recognize Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation • Understanding of authorization procedures for foreign visitors entering facilities • Understanding of export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US • Ability to manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
