📋 Description

• Support the sustainment of the installed Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro application and related integrated applications and systems • Work with IT analysts to design and test proposed solutions for identified issues and requests • Coordinate technical design, testing, and maintenance of technical solutions • Support data integration from SAP ECC instances and SAP Business Warehouse into Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro • Maintain automated chains, scenarios, control set tables, macros, profiles, configurations, global workbooks links, scenario perspectives, and site filters • Develop and maintain core and supporting workbooks • Oversee dashboards, widgets, hierarchies, filters, and task flows • Execute daily tasks, including reviewing MRP planning variances • Provide direct support to business users • Import Production Operating Plan (PROP) and rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP) databases • Provide sustaining support across manufacturing lifecycle business processes throughout Raytheon • Work with business unit process experts, technical programmers, and IT team members on requirements gathering, testing, and deployment • Provide direct end-user support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree • 5+ years of experience supporting Kinaxis Rapid Response integrated with an SAP ECC 6.0 / ERP landscape • Experience with functional requirements gathering, solution development, and testing of software changes • Author 1, Contributor 1, Admin 1 & Author 2 • Knowledge of Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Material Management processes • Focus on operations requirements planning and simulation, procurement and Supplier • Strong analytical skills • Technical troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of technical solution development processes and system integration techniques • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build and maintain strong team relationships with remote partners and customers • Ability to travel to various Raytheon sites as required • Ability to perform multiple tasks against schedule • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
