📋 Description
• Support the Work Transitions process by developing and maintaining tools, templates, and forms • Collaborate with process owner to define and implement requirements for establishing a robust risk management framework • Facilitate the transition process by serving as the reviewer for Work Transitions and Cold Starts • Review and evaluate all types of Work Transition Exceptions • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with transitions • Create and facilitate the technical assessment package • Identify and document opportunities for process improvements • Track and monitor the performance of transitioned work
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering • 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience or an Advanced degree
