📋 Description

• Support internal controls reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end journal entries, and special cross-functional and ad-hoc analysis • Provide technical and analytical guidance to site controllers on key metrics, deliverables, reporting requirements, and ad-hoc analysis • Build finance capabilities, tools, and skills to increase Finance team efficiency and value • Monitor and analyze general ledger activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes • Liaise between Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to facilitate journal entries, provide SAP guidance, and resolve accounting inquiries • Respond to ad-hoc financial and accounting requests, including invoice research and resolution, financial reporting support, and P&L and balance sheet analysis • Travel up to 40% or as needed

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • U.S. citizenship required • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Accounting/Finance experience, such as program finance, functional-area finance, rates and budgets, material accounting, labor accounting, direct accounting, or overhead accounting • SAP experience preferred • Experience with OneStream preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office365, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred • Experience with continuous improvement such as Lean, Six Sigma, or CORE preferred • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferred • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at various levels • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
