📋 Description

• Review AS9102 Form 2 to validate that raw material, parts, and processes meet metallurgical and chemical technical requirements • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, certifications, procedures, and related documentation • Communicate non-compliances and non-conformances to internal and external parties • Explain quality requirements, standards, and specifications to provide support • Document and report non-compliances and non-conformances to suppliers • Work autonomously with limited supervision • Attend and participate in group meetings, teleconferences, and required training • Participate in continuous improvement activities using CORE tools • Work evenings and weekends when required by business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience • Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, certifications, and process documentation • Experience with review of FAI • Experience communicating technical findings, non-conformances, or quality requirements across cross-functional teams and suppliers • Familiarity with testing and control of raw materials, finished product, and processing for compliance with company standards and applicable government regulations • Familiarity with chemical/metallurgical processes, including laser machining, electro-discharge machining, electro-chemical grinding, brazing, coatings, welding, and heat treatment • Familiarity with shop operations, work instructions, and quality documentation • Knowledge of AS9100 and ASQR-01 • U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Based on business needs, ability to work evenings and weekends
