📋 Description

• Manage low-volume and medium-to-high-complexity domestic subcontracts • Represent the Supply Chain organization on functional and cross-functional teams • Serve as the focal point for communication between internal and supplier cross-functional organizations • Negotiate and administer Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, and development/R&D subcontracts • Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers meeting Raytheon requirements • Develop business-partner relationships with suppliers • Generate and negotiate Long Term Price Agreements and related agreements • Work with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies • Develop subcontract Statements of Work • Report directly to the Acquisitions Senior Manager • Support multiple programs within the Advanced Product Solutions Raytheon business unit

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Experience reading and understanding drawing specifications • Experience with supplier management • Experience working within SAP software application • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Experience leading formal negotiations preferred • NCMA Certification preferred • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance preferred • Experience with FAR and DFAR regulations preferred • Experience making presentations to key stakeholders preferred • Experience leading executive and program-level supplier reviews preferred
