📋 Description

• Lead contract management, compliance, subcontract administration, procurement oversight, and ethics and compliance functions across multiple Federal Government programs • Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for government contracts, subcontracts, purchasing activities, small business commitments, and compliance programs • Ensure activities are administered according to applicable contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements • Report to an Associate VP of Contract Management • Work remotely with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required • Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Service) • Candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired • Bachelor's degree • 10 years experience in Federal Government contracting • 5 years of leadership experience • One of the following certifications required: Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), CPCM or CFCM • In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) • In-depth knowledge of Small Business Program Requirements • In-depth knowledge of Change Order Proposal Requirements • Home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
