📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals • Drive enterprise indirect sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations • Establish procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards • Own supplier relationship management and executive business reviews • Deliver annual cost savings and operational improvement targets • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, HR, IT, and business leaders • Monitor supplier performance, risk, quality, and delivery metrics • Provide executive reporting and procurement KPI dashboards • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements • Lead continuous improvement and digital procurement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field • 7+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience • 2+ years of people leadership experience • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country of the job posting location on a full-time basis • Visa sponsorship is not provided
