📋 Description

• Provide independent commercial oversight to projects and challenge stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes for Aggreko • Understand customer requirements in IPP business opportunities and the wider market • Lead development of the supply chain strategy and define the supplier selection process • Support the IPP team in formulating the business case for each opportunity • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers through strategic and operational procurement teams • Develop commercial requirements for customer proposals according to project needs • Ensure commercial aspects are in place for successful project execution • Maintain detailed understanding of business requirements and supply base • Ensure appropriate supply contracts are in place with respective suppliers • Engage and manage stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience in procurement, supply chain and vendor management • Experience in power generation, emission reduction catalysts, transformers, batteries and other relevant capital equipment • Demonstrate leadership skills and represent the strategic Procurement function alongside the IPP team • Commercially astute and able to challenge both internally and externally • Technically minded; able to understand and learn about a wide range of products and applications • Strong negotiation and contract development experience • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills • Communicates clearly and effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
