📋 Description

• Jointly develop enterprise-wide procurement strategies for Live Nation's technology spend • Lead multiple simultaneous direct negotiations and full-lifecycle competitive sourcing events, including RFPs • Advise senior executives on negotiation strategy, supplier selection and qualification, and contracting approach • Analyze business, financial, and legal risk and develop practical mitigation options • Identify, quantify, and capture cost reduction, cost avoidance, and other value opportunities • Partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk Management, Finance, and Operations to close deals • Lead the commercial and operational contracting process for procurement projects • Support ongoing supplier performance management and resolution of service, quality, and commercial issues and disputes • Represent Global Procurement with account representatives at incumbent technology suppliers • Perform additional duties as assigned as business needs evolve

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in sourcing/procurement, supply chain, or operations transformation • Proven track record of generating financial and operational value from procurement projects • Advanced influencing and negotiation skills • Working knowledge of one or more IT categories: software/SaaS, infrastructure, networking/telecom, cybersecurity, cloud economics, or IT professional services • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, including validating AI-generated output • Demonstrated project management skills • Strong business acumen, including contract development and risk mitigation • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence audiences from analysts to senior executives • Fluent English required • Bachelor's degree required • Candidates with an Associate's degree and a strong track record of significant professional experience will also be considered
