📋 Description

• Own end-to-end category management for partners beyond Amazon • Manage the launch pipeline, category forecast, and category performance • Partner with Operations to gather and validate SKU-level specifications, production feasibility, and fulfillment requirements for new product launches • Drive adoption of the NPI workflow, currently piloting on Jira, from pilot to steady-state process • Build and maintain category-level volume, revenue, and margin forecasts • Extend forecasts to weekly granularity and track actuals versus forecast • Support product lifecycle management execution, including independently running PLM when the Senior Category Manager is unavailable • Drive cross-functional alignment across Channel, Operations, Product Owners, Production, and Fulfillment • Define and supervise category KPIs and flag risks proactively • Present category performance, forecasts, and risks to the Senior Category Manager and broader leadership as scope grows • Work with the Senior Category Manager on overall category strategy and Amazon execution

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of category management, ecommerce, or related commercial experience • Experience owning a product portfolio and/or launch pipeline • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving setup • Data-driven and structured, with judgment to flag risks early and manage performance proactively • Proficient using AI tools and LLMs for market and competitive research, category reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Nice-to-have: familiarity with Amazon's AI-powered seller tools, including Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and Assortment Opportunity Explorer • Experience coordinating cross-functionally across Operations, Fulfillment, Finance, Merchandising, Creatives, Advertising, Pricing, Product, and Analytics • Fluent English required • German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus • Existing work authorization or H-1B status not subject to the specified filing fee may be considered; new H-1B petitions subject to the fee are not currently sponsored
