• Perform financial analysis and reporting for a portfolio of programs, including all elements of cost • Support monthly program status reviews, EAC reviews, and Program Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development • Perform EVM cost and schedule analysis for production programs in accordance with applicable EVMS requirements • Prepare and submit monthly financial forecasts • Support Gate Reviews, proposals, RFIs, ROM estimates, invoicing, balance sheet activities, and funding analysis • Support cash management activities, including invoicing and monitoring customer receipts • Perform cost analysis for competitive proposals • Prepare financial analysis and reports for Program Management and functional organizations • Analyze program cost and schedule data and communicate variances against established financial plans and forecasts
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience • Experience using SAP financial systems, including APEX, PRISM, and/or Business Warehouse/Analysis for Office (BW/AO) • Experience using Raytheon PMX or a comparable financial management system • Experience with EVMS, program controls, cost and schedule management, and/or EAC processes • EVMS certification or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire • U.S. citizenship required to access information under this program or contract • Experience preparing and presenting financial briefings to management, customers, and peers preferred • Experience using SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), APEX, and/or APEX EV preferred • Experience using PMX for program financial management, forecasting, or reporting preferred • Experience managing financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting activities with established deadlines preferred • Experience performing cost and schedule analysis for production programs preferred • Experience preparing monthly financial forecasts and developing EACs preferred • Experience supporting proposal cost estimates, Gate Reviews, RFIs, and ROM estimates preferred • Experience with program invoicing, customer receipts, cash management, balance sheet activities, or funding analysis preferred • Experience analyzing financial and program data and documenting findings based on the analysis preferred • Experience using Raytheon projects, programs, financial systems, or program controls processes preferred • Experience applying financial systems and program controls processes to program reporting and analysis preferred
