📋 Description

• Refine project scope based on business goals, feasibility, and resource constraints after demand-intake requests are received • Triage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring effective customer engagement and outreach • Maintain and ensure data accuracy in Planview • Review Planview data audits to identify gaps • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Project Managers to ensure data consistency • Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining thorough records and processes • Create, develop, and edit process documentation for clarity and alignment with project goals • Support Demand Management and Operations within the PMO

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Management, or a related field • Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or Google Workspace • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project preferred • Experience with data analysis or reporting preferred • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset preferred • Prior RTX internship experience related to operations or project management preferred • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems • No security clearance is required
