📋 Description

• Partner with functional teams to review functional specifications and produce technical design specifications • Provide level-of-effort estimates based on functional specifications or business requirements • Design, unit test, debug, implement, and document SAP SLP/MDG ABAP applications • Resolve open issues and decide between alternate design approaches • Proactively provide work status • Follow Raytheon development standards and methodologies • Maintain documentation • Support the change control process • Conduct peer design reviews • Support application upgrades • Work defects • Develop test plans for new or modified programs • Test, design, implement, and document fixes • Perform issue resolution and root cause analysis • Provide advanced problem solving and support, including on-call critical support • Work as part of the SAP ES DT team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years applicable experience or equivalent with at least 10 years of SLP/MDG Systems Expert experience • At least 10 years of SLP/MDG Systems Expert experience with SAP Business Partner involving Vendors & Customers • 10+ years of experience implementing SAP SLP/MDG across different industry verticals • 10 years of SAP SLP/MDG workflow framework and design work • Strong customer service approach and ability to interface effectively with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels • Expert troubleshooting techniques • Ability to escalate issues properly and in a timely fashion • Ability to collaborate and work well with others • Ability to lead technical development projects • Ability to engage vendor support on technical and functional issues • Ability to direct an SAP SLP/MDG development team to resolve issues • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future company immigration sponsorship • Security clearance not required
