📋 Description

• Report directly to the Agreements Senior Manager within the Rapid Agreements team • Foster relationships with suppliers and administer long-term Pricing Agreements and Master Terms Agreements • Engage in supplier performance management, relationship management, and strategic sourcing • Facilitate complex business agreements supporting various contracts • Represent the Supply Chain organization on functional and cross-functional teams • Serve as the primary communication point between internal stakeholders and supplier cross-functional organizations for procurement activities • Negotiate and administer Master Terms Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Repair Agreements, and other agreement types • Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers meeting Raytheon requirements • Develop business partner relationships with suppliers • Collaborate with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement agreement strategies • Solicit competitive and single/sole-source proposals • Perform source selection analysis and price and cost analysis to determine fair and reasonable pricing • Monitor agreement performance metrics and recommend or implement corrective actions • Prepare agreement documentation according to company, customer, FAR, and DFAR requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations • U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract • Experience with reading and understanding drawing specifications (preferred) • Experience with supplier management (preferred) • Experience working within SAP software application (preferred) • Experience leading formal negotiations involving price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow-downs (preferred) • Experience with FAR and DFAR regulations (preferred) • Experience making verbal and/or written presentations to key stakeholders (preferred) • Experience leading executive- and program-level supplier reviews (preferred) • No security clearance required
