📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the enterprise Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse environment • Provide Kinaxis business user support to nearly 1,000 business users • Author, maintain, and modify workbooks and dashboards based on evolving business requirements • Manage and triage system issues, including data discrepancies, MRP control table errors, and alert performance • Transform and visualize planning data to support long-range forecasting and decision-making • Maintain daily system operations • Resolve issues and drive continuous improvement • Collaborate with Digital Technology and Infrastructure teams • Align business processes with digital technology and ensure data integrity, system stability, and effective user engagement

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience • 5+ years of working Kinaxis experience • Experience in materials planning, supply chain systems, or business process/system management • Experience with ERP/MRP methodologies (SAP preferred) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical/reporting tools • U.S. citizenship is required • Experience with SAP preferred • Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across all organizational levels preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proven record of influencing system improvements preferred
