📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Secondary Surveillance Radar portfolio • Translate customer needs and market dynamics into product requirements and investment priorities • Partner with engineering to guide feature development and prioritize based on ROI, schedule, and market opportunities • Develop business cases, define product pricing, roadmap priority, and long-term planning • Lead product lifecycle management from new product development and feature introduction through sustainment and obsolescence planning • Represent the product team in customer engagements, proposals, and industry forums • Monitor the competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and industry trends • Lead the integrated product management team across engineering, supply chain, program management, and business development • Support air traffic surveillance product strategy and portfolio growth within Collins Aerospace’s CNS portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 7 years of experience • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or closely related roles • Experience leading products or programs within complex systems, aerospace, defense, or regulated high-reliability industries • Demonstrated experience with product-level financials, including forecasting, pricing, business cases, and margin analysis • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Experience with ground-based or airborne radar systems, air traffic management systems, or Mode S, ADS-B, or multilateration surveillance technologies • Familiarity with FAA, ICAO, Eurocontrol, and EASA • Strong analytical, communication, and customer engagement skills • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, market-driven product direction • Prior experience in aviation infrastructure, defense systems, or mission-critical technologies
