📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document procurement and supply chain processes • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for SAP Ariba solutions • Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvements and system enhancements • Configure SAP Ariba modules, including Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Invoicing • Partner with functional and technical teams to implement features, workflows, and integrations • Participate in system design, prototyping, and testing • Support SAP Ariba integration with SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and support middleware tools and APIs • Investigate and resolve system issues, errors, and performance challenges • Provide Level 2 and 3 support for SAP Ariba incidents and escalations • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures • Liaise between business users, IT teams, and external vendors • Deliver training and documentation to end-users and support teams • Provide stakeholders with updates on project status and system performance • Stay current on SAP Ariba features, best practices, and industry trends • Recommend system enhancements and process optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce costs • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and quality assurance activities

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree • Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role focused on SAP Ariba • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba configuration, integration, and troubleshooting • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration to meet project milestones and objectives • Experience with SAP ERP systems, such as S/4HANA • Experience with integration tools and methodologies, such as middleware and APIs • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools • SAP Ariba certifications preferred
