It serves patients directly and partners with employers, health plans, and health systems, and emphasizes clinical standards, provider reviews, and ongoing professional development.

📋 Description

• Lead analyses to develop product features addressing key consumer pain points • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Data Engineers • Lead a dedicated data science team analyzing business and product performance • Design and conduct experiments • Contribute to product planning • Guide analysts’ work while driving individual projects in a player-coach role • Directly impact access to mental healthcare and patient retention

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of related professional experience • Bachelor (or higher) degree with background in Data Science Math, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or other quantitative fields • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, supporting multiple ends of a business with analytical recommendations • Solid people management experience, building and leading teams and developing talent • Ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders; strong data storytelling • Deep experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing • Deep understanding of product analytics metrics, including retention, conversion, engagement, and churn, and marketplace balance metrics • Expert in Python and/or SQL • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii • Currently eligible to work in the United States • Preferred: prior experience in a high-growth startup and/or consumer digital marketplace • Preferred: prior experience in healthcare • Preferred: ability to connect analytics insights to business strategy and influence product decisions • Preferred: experience incorporating AI into Analytics/Data Science workflows • Preferred: experience with Machine Learning and Ranking systems
