It serves patients directly and partners with employers, health plans, and health systems, and emphasizes clinical standards, provider reviews, and ongoing professional development.

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to shape growth strategy • Evaluate trade-offs and develop strategic forecasts for complex deals • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights • Balance short-term efficiency with long-term impact • Inform growth and go-to-market strategy through financial analysis • Build and own scenario-based topline forecasts • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders and executive audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles • 2+ years of dedicated experience within a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations function • Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis • Experience building and owning scenario-based topline forecasts • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis • Ability to communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly to non-finance stakeholders and executive audiences • Direct healthcare experience or relevant consulting experience with a healthcare focus • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii • Must be eligible to work in the United States
