📋 Description

• Support Rula's mission to make mental healthcare more accessible • Ensure timely and accurate provider credentialing and enrollment • Scope enrollment requirements for new payer implementations • Submit provider enrollment applications • Guide providers through each step of credentialing and enrollment • Help shape and scale systems supporting rapid growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new payer launches • Share operational insights • Educate and support credentialing and enrollment associates as new processes and payers are introduced • Simplify complex information and improve the provider experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within a healthcare setting, working with or for health insurance plans, networks, or credentialing verification organizations • 2+ years of experience enrolling providers with regional or national payers • Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including Account Delivery or Provider Success • Experience developing, documenting, and optimizing new processes into easy-to-understand documentation • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Proficiency in CRM or ticketing platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk • Ability to quickly adapt to and learn software such as Airtable and Certify • Preferred: experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or large healthcare system • Preferred: provider enrollment experience, preferably with behavioral health payers • Preferred: familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, CMS, and NCQA requirements • Preferred: experience working with a Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) • Must be based in the United States; Hawaii is excluded
