📋 Description
• Own project execution – manage multiple projects at once, knowing exactly what matters most each day • Prioritize and delegate – make sure the right people are working on the right tasks at the right time • Build and streamline processes – use tools (including AI) to make work faster and easier for everyone • Communicate daily – keep leadership, clients, and teams aligned with clear updates and objectives • Spot and solve problems – anticipate risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving forward • Ensure quality – deliver high standards on every project before it reaches a client
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years in project management, ideally in software • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC • Understand PM Tools • Type A personality: highly organized, fast, and detail-driven • Excellent communicator (written and spoken English) • Comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams • Startup mindset—proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
