📋 Description

• Work side-by-side with customers to understand their unique challenges and represent the customer while shaping product development with the Rune engineering team • Collaborate with engineering, product, business development, and executive teams to drive customer success • Understand customer problems and highly technical solutions in a varied, high-ownership role • Support deployment of Rune software for testing, evaluation, and operational use at government facilities and military bases • Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and creates concrete operational impact • Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with engineers to integrate data into product delivery • Connect Rune’s engineering and product teams with military partners while executing contracted work

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience serving in the US military in logistics or sustainment roles preferred • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and senior leadership • Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, product, operations and growth • Willingness to travel 25-50% to support program objectives and customer engagements • Bachelor’s Degree required • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance • Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder) • Located in the Seattle area or willing to relocate to the Seattle area • Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance requested on the application form
