📋 Description

• Review existing poker footage. • Pitch strong video concepts. • Create thumbnails in Photoshop. • Edit multi-camera projects in Adobe Premiere Pro. • Understand audience data and implement appropriate changes to improve measurable results, such as thumbnail click-through rate and audience retention.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop. • Ability to create or mock up YouTube thumbnails using Photoshop and/or AI tools, including ChatGPT. • Experience managing, supporting, or meaningfully contributing to a YouTube channel. • Proficiency with YouTube Analytics, including CTR, A/B testing, retention, traffic sources, and other performance indicators. • Comfort using AI tools, including ChatGPT, to support research, content ideation, analytics review, organization, and workflow efficiency. • Active engagement with and interest in modern poker YouTube content, livestreams, creators, and major event coverage. • Strong organization, communication, reliability, and ability to apply feedback across future projects.
