📋 Description

• Provide linguistic services and support for AI tasks to the production team, partners, and customers • Manage the continuous and proactive development, design, and implementation of quality-management methodologies • Deliver AI-focused linguistic services, including quality reporting and monitoring, vendor training, and asset development and maintenance • Enforce task-specific guidelines • Proactively manage quality across assigned languages and projects • Provide training to translators, annotators, and assorted stakeholders • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in linguistic and AI workflows • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI language services

🎯 Requirements

• Linguistic education or equivalent working experiences • AI-specific courses, certificates, and trainings are a significant advantage • Minimum 2 years of working experience in AI Services or quality management, ideally in a client-facing and/or supporting role in AI Services setup • Perfect command of spoken and written English • Very good skills with Microsoft Office software, especially MS Excel • Current and practical knowledge of AI annotation and evaluation, AI prompting, and LLMs • Very good coordinating and communication skills, including providing training and communicating with customers • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Flexible attitude to work • Good problem-resolution skills
