📋 Description

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks related to the project life cycle • Support project team members with daily project tasks • Support client requirements, needs, and requests, including asset management, reporting, and meetings • Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across technical and business teams • Keep project schedules on track and ensure on-time delivery; produce reports and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports • Track project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies • Support project managers and program managers in delivering strategic initiatives • Serve as liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration on priorities and deliverables • Assist with technical requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping • Coordinate testing, deployment, and implementation activities • Recommend process improvements impacting profitability and/or quality • Maintain project documentation in SharePoint, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms • Assist with team automation and run technical scripts such as Python • Participate in client and internal meetings and identify emerging business and operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience • 2-5 years of project coordination, project management, operations, or technical program support experience • Experience working with technical teams supporting software, infrastructure, systems, or technology projects • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, including Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Word/Docs, and Teams/GChat • Experience using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms • Demonstrated experience with coding such as Python, Sequel and whisper coding • Candidates must reside in State advertised to be considered
