📋 Description

• Manage Owner Furnished Contractor Installed Equipment and corresponding supply chains • Manage the equipment procurement and delivery process from start to finish • Write RFPs and negotiate vendor deals and contracts • Review and manage equipment submittals • Track deliveries and maintain complex project budgets • Evaluate data center equipment designs • Drive equipment submittals from inception to completion • Manage electrical single-line diagrams, mechanical riser diagrams, and product specifications • Competitively bid and procure mechanical and electrical equipment • Serve as primary liaison between supply chain partners and internal stakeholders • Develop supplier relationships and negotiate pricing • Support negotiation of equipment and service requests • Analyze project schedules and ensure timely equipment delivery • Coordinate on-site start-up and commissioning support services • Collaborate with stakeholders on specifications and operational requirements • Support invoicing, cash flow forecasts, budget reconciliation, inventory planning, and forecasting • Coordinate equipment approval and release according to construction schedules • Work with engineering and sales teams on client requests and design changes • Perform additional duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or construction • Data Center or industrial equipment experience strongly preferred • Experience with construction and supplier contracts • Strong organizational and project management skills • Technical aptitude of mechanical and electrical systems • Knowledge of construction management processes • Aptitude to learn quickly and drive things to closure autonomously • Strong business acumen and commercial background • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques • Superb communication skills and ability to present technical data to executive-level leadership • Travel of up to 5% expected, potentially increasing over time
