📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design new features and workflows • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and field research • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups • Contribute to and maintain the design system for RXNT products • Advocate for accessibility and usability across product experiences • Iterate on designs based on feedback and data • Support go-to-market materials with design assets • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience • Experience in healthcare • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design for complex applications • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools • Understanding of user-centered design principles • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field required • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use • Reliable internet connection • Ability to spend the majority of the workweek on phone calls
