📋 Description

• Set the standard for engaging, retaining, and growing pharmacy relationships • Drive partner retention, satisfaction, and organic growth across RxSense's pharmacy relationship portfolio • Oversee retail, mail, and specialty contracting across cash and funded business segments • Lead a small team of account and relationship managers • Implement proactive business reviews, strategic check-ins, and performance reporting for pharmacy partners • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with pharmacy stakeholders • Align engagement plans with partners' business objectives and market positions • Coordinate service across RxSense brands, including SingleCare, ParamountRx, and Integris • Promote RxSense solutions, including its digital marketplace, GlobalBIN, brand affordability programs, and pricing capabilities • Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing accounts • Lead, coach, and develop account and relationship managers • Establish partner feedback loops into Product and Technology teams • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, pricing, and contracting teams • Deliver a scalable engagement model, documented account plans, regular business reviews, standardized reporting, growth opportunities, and product-roadmap feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; PharmD or MBA preferred • 8+ years of progressive experience in account management, client success, or partner relationship roles, ideally spanning retail pharmacy, pharmacy benefits, or a related healthcare setting • Experience within a retail pharmacy chain or pharmacy operations environment strongly preferred • Demonstrated success building or leading a client success or account management team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management • Track record of driving retention and organic growth within existing enterprise accounts • Strong executive presence, with the ability to build credibility and trust with senior pharmacy stakeholders • Solid understanding of the pharmacy benefits and retail pharmacy landscape, including competitive and reimbursement pressures • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the judgment to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
