📋 Description

• Become familiar with organizational systems and recommend modified or new procedures for specialized customer or business-user needs • Audit and verify expense payments and/or weekly billing for individual clients • Prepare and maintain audit documents for operational and contractual accuracy • Audit manifests daily by verifying notes, adding revenue, and reviewing expenses to be paid • Use the Customer Weekly Report for daily manifest audits • Invoice assigned clients daily and/or weekly • Understand the contract for each assigned client • Maintain client contract files and perform audits assigned by the Supervisor • Maintain client billing instruction documentation • Train as backup for other clients when another Billing Specialist is out of the office • Communicate with field operations by email or phone for clarification • Research discrepancies or previous billings to ensure order accuracy • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required • Computer literate with general knowledge of software including Microsoft Office Suite • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work with minimum supervision • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight timelines • Some positions may require employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or customer badging or background requirements
