📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal (FMCSA, DOT) and State regulations and Company policies • Serve as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program and pre- and post-employment processes • Provide guidance and policy interpretation • Complete complex transactions • Identify, analyze, and resolve critical issues with the highest level of accuracy, accountability, and reliability • Manage and monitor various program transactions using multiple applications • Work in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must have experience ensuring compliance with DOT and FMCSA requirements • Attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Efficiency in responding to written messages through a computer system • Technological literacy and mastery of web browsers and basic office software such as Outlook and Word • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills • Functional expertise • Excellent collaboration and team building skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office environment at intermediate level • Two (2) years or more in a functional service area required • Two (2) years or more relevant work experience required • Associate's degree preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • No travel required
