📋 Description

• Deliver final business solutions to the operations team through Power BI experiences • Design analytical dashboards, reports, and queries for strategic business decisions, ad-hoc analysis, and descriptive and prescriptive solutions • Analyze core business problems and identify causative issues to drive solutions • Develop dashboards by understanding business needs, interpreting integrated data, and translating data into usable visualizations • Engage business stakeholders and prioritize ad-hoc requests and innovative solutions • Coach, mentor, and learn from product experts while demonstrating thought leadership and facilitating consensus, buy-in, and adoption • Enhance data maturity and integration and standardize core value-added functionality • Guide innovation in analytical products and curate new data sources • Elevate analytics beyond reporting and dashboarding to actionable insights • Work as a key user of Ryder's Azure Data Lake and drive analytics initiatives • Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and technology teams using agile methodologies • Experiment with streaming live data into a data lake and data sandbox • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required • Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, Preferred • 6 years or more in applied project experience demonstrating digital transformation and data management, Required • 6 years or more creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business and working in a cloud environment, Required • 4 years or more working in an individual contributor role as a key team member, Required • Experience developing BI solutions with Power BI • Experience with Tableau, Required • Exposure to ETL tools such as Alteryx or SSIS • Exposure to SQL data manipulation tools • Object-oriented development stacks (.NET), Preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms, Required • Experience supporting product innovation throughout build, test, and release using agile methodologies, Required • Knowledge of Ryder's business and supply chain domain • Willingness to travel • May be subject to employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or customer badging or background requirements
