📋 Description

• Design and stand up P&L reporting for each product line, including cost allocation methodology, in partnership with Finance and Accounting • Build financial models supporting product portfolio investment decisions, including scenario and sensitivity analysis • Partner with Product leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Analyze product usage and adoption data, connecting performance metrics to financial outcomes • Build and maintain dashboards linking product KPIs to P&L drivers • Support business cases for new features or investments with data-backed ROI analysis • Help design recurring operating rhythms such as QBRs and monthly business reviews with standardized financial and product reporting • Partner with Finance, Data, and Product Management to maintain consistent metric definitions across systems and teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or product finance, including direct experience building financial reporting from scratch • Strong modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets, with comfort in scenario and sensitivity analysis • Strong data literacy, including proficiency in Tableau and comfort working directly in product usage/analytics data • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Product or Engineering teams • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations • Comfort working with incomplete data and building the case for what needs to change • Background in SaaS or subscription-based product economics • Prior experience in a product operations function, or supporting one • Experience presenting financial analysis to senior/executive stakeholders • Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload if working remotely • Active participation in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on • Use of note-taking tools, reference materials, or AI-powered tools during interviews or selection activities is prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained
