📋 Description

• Source, screen, and interview candidates • Complete offer negotiation and acceptance • Complete contractor hiring administrative processes • Onboard new contractors • Administer defined external and internal recruitment processes • Ensure assigned accounts are fully recruited • Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates • Provide recruitment updates and inform management about market conditions affecting contractor recruitment • Execute recruitment strategies, including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and maintenance of recruitment materials • Keep management informed of recruitment progress and recruiting issues • Meet customer satisfaction objectives through full recruitment of assigned accounts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience, required • H.S. Diploma/GED, Required • 2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience, Required • Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook (Intermediate), Required • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Required • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments, Required • Demonstrates customer service skills, Required • Ability to work Monday-Friday • Travel 0-10% • May be subject to employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, customer badging, or background requirements
