📋 Description

• Build the IT Function From the Ground Up • Design and implement the company’s IT infrastructure roadmap • Evaluate current systems, identify gaps, and develop future-state architecture • Lead sourcing, implementation, and administration of tools supporting business operations • Establish and maintain information security policies, practices, and governance frameworks • Monitor and mitigate security risks • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards • Oversee and scale a lean IT team • Create efficient IT support processes • Manage vendor relationships • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and People

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and/or security • At least 7 years in a leadership role • Proven experience building or scaling internal IT functions in high-growth environments • Experience with help desk operations, vendor management, and IT integration • Strong knowledge of network architecture, endpoint management, cloud/SaaS ecosystems, and cybersecurity frameworks • Hands-on mindset with the ability to execute day-to-day while driving strategic vision • Experience in eCommerce, consumer products, or distributed workforce environments • Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows is a plus • Previous SOC2 readiness or audit experience preferred
