📋 Description
• Turn briefs into ads that stop the scroll • Editing direct-response video ads for Meta • Working closely with Creative Strategists to produce ads that sell • Create hooks that grab attention and maintain pacing to the CTA
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years editing direct response ads Meta for a DTC brand or creative agency • AI-native workflow — you already use AI daily in your pipeline: generative video (Veo/Gemini, Kling, etc) • Proven ads — edited videos that ran real ad spend • Retention instinct — you understand hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing, captions, sound design as tools to hold attention • Volume + speed — 1–2 finished ads per day from brief • Fast, organized, reliable. Clean project files, named versions, deadlines hit, proactive communication when something slips
