📋 Description

• Edit UGC-style video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms • Create engaging hooks, captions, transitions, graphics, sound design, and visual effects that improve retention • Transform raw creator footage into performance-focused ad creatives • Collaborate asynchronously with creative strategists, media buyers, and brand teams • Produce multiple creative variations for testing and iteration • Stay current on creative trends, winning ad formats, and platform best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience editing UGC-style ads for eCommerce, DTC brands, lead generation businesses, SaaS companies, or marketing agencies • Portfolio demonstrating UGC or performance-focused video work (required) • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools • Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and direct-response creative principles • Ability to communicate clearly and work independently in a remote, async environment • Reliable setup and professional approach to client work
