📋 Description

• Curate complete artwork packages for hospitality projects • Develop artworks that meet each project's budget • Write and review specifications • Work with framing partners and vendors • Partner with project managers through every phase of design and delivery • Keep project reporting current and consistent • Support sales representatives and the business development director on new leads • Serve as the first line of contact on assigned projects • Interpret clients' design direction and budgets into innovative artwork collections • Curate art presentations and develop approved artworks through specification, quoting, sourcing, procurement, and production • Collaborate with clients, hospitality team members, sales representatives, artists, vendors, suppliers, purchasing agents, and ownership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in art consulting, with a focus on luxury hospitality • Ability to read architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite • Proficiency with CRM and project management software • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong negotiation skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once • Professional, warm, and supportive • Natural relationship-builder • Comfortable wearing many hats, with no task too small or too large • Accountable for your work
