📋 Description

• Support the regional growth strategy and lead implementation of talent management strategies • Identify, hire, develop, and retain top talent to drive performance • Provide strategic partnership supporting operational effectiveness and division performance • Coach and support leaders on workforce planning, culture development, policies, procedures, and communications • Execute talent reviews, performance calibrations, merit and incentive awards, and engagement surveys/action plans • Handle associate relations issues and manage conflicts • Assess and implement proactive retention strategies • Assess leadership capability and ensure development and succession plans are in place • Coach and facilitate leadership development programs • Promote associate engagement and organizational health • Support organizational change and reinforce key messages • Participate in responses to union organizing drives • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements • Maintain confidentiality of financial, insurance, litigation, wage, discipline, health, and other sensitive information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience • 7-9 years relevant experience • Experience in Human Resources (Business Partner) in a geographically disbursed retail, manufacturing, or equivalent environment • Strong talent acquisition and talent development background preferred • Experience handling associate relations issues and dealing with labor laws • Solid business acumen and demonstrated ability to influence and achieve results through others • Ability to build relationships, trust and connect with others at all levels • Strong organizational, collaboration, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
