📋 Description

• Provide strategic partnership to support operational effectiveness and division performance • Coach and support leaders on workforce planning, culture development, organizational policies and procedures, and key initiatives • Execute people programs, including talent reviews, performance calibrations, merit and incentive awards, and engagement surveys/action plans • Address associate relations issues and manage workplace conflicts • Assess and implement proactive retention strategies • Assess leadership capability and ensure development and succession plans support business requirements • Coach and facilitate leadership development programs • Promote associate engagement and organizational health • Reinforce key messages and serve as a change agent • Participate in the Company's response to union organizing drives • Lead organizational change and identify improved ways of working • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local legislative requirements • Maintain confidentiality of financial, insurance, litigation, wage, discipline, health, and other sensitive information • Support West warehouses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field; or equivalent experience • 7-9 years relevant experience • Experience in Human Resources (Business Partner) in a geographically disbursed retail, supply chain / manufacturing, or equivalent environment • Multi-site Human Resources experience • Prior health and safety experience preferred • Experience handling associate relations issues and dealing with labor laws • Well-developed written presentation, organization, and editing skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Collaboration skills and ability to contribute within a team setting • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to influence and achieve results through others • Outstanding planning, prioritization, and time-management skills • Must be located near a major airport
