📋 Description

• Perform quality audits and routine reviews of credentialing files and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Identify trends, errors, and process gaps through ongoing quality assurance and audit activities • Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation, preparing responses, and coordinating audit-related activities • Track and coordinate corrective action plans related to audit findings, internal reviews, and compliance concerns • Partner with credentialing leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues • Prepare audit summaries, reports, and supporting materials for compliance and audit stakeholders • Maintain organized records of audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-up activities • Develop and update audit tools, workflows, quality review materials, and standard operating procedures • Monitor adherence to credentialing standards, internal controls, and process requirements • Communicate audit findings and trends clearly to leadership and stakeholders • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, consistency, and audit readiness • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credentialing-related issues and support operational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, quality assurance, compliance, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in transportation provider credentialing, provider data, quality assurance, auditing, or related functions • Working knowledge of credentialing workflows, file documentation standards, and compliance expectations • Experience supporting audits, quality reviews, or monitoring activities • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Excel and Adobe for reporting and documentation • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
