• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, HR, or similar field (Master’s preferred). • At least eight years of analytics or consulting experience, including five years in People Analytics. • Strong understanding of how organizations operate and how people drive business outcomes. • Able to build trust quickly and act as a strategic advisor to executives. • Comfortable interpreting statistical concepts such as regression, correlation vs. causation, and standard deviation. • Skilled in Power BI or Tableau, able to modify queries and create custom visualizations independently. • Strong knowledge of HCM systems like Oracle Cloud HCM, with an understanding of data structures behind the scenes. • Experience using SQL or advanced Excel tools to merge and interpret data from multiple sources. • Must be a U.S. citizen.
