📋 Description

• Participate in planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting for multiple projects with varying contract types, sizes, complexity, and risk levels • Interface with project managers, senior technical staff, contracts, finance, accounts receivable, procurement, and subcontract management organizations • Report detailed information, analyze financial data supporting project cost and schedule status, and present briefings to managers and customers • Prepare accurate customer weekly and/or monthly status reports, including burn rate and LOF information • Support spend-plan development and financial analysis, including maintaining Estimates at Completion (EACs) • Participate in annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly latest revised estimates • Analyze and reconcile cash flow, profitability, invoicing, unbillables, and costs on hold • Submit and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors, consultants, and materials; monitor subcontractor costs and review/approve invoices • Participate in new-business proposals, project projections, requirements analysis, and cost and management volumes • Support ad hoc programmatic requests • Participate in finance-related process improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years or more of related experience; or Master’s degree and one year of related experience • Concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related discipline preferred • Must be a U.S. citizen • Understanding of financial management • Analytical ability and excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team • Familiarity with government contracting and CPFF, FFP, T&M, and other contract types is a plus • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables • Ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines • Ability to organize and manage action items; self-motivated • Ability to prioritize, work with supervision, and follow through persistently • Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables • Working knowledge of CostPoint and Cognos Workspace Advanced preferred
