📋 Description

• Analyze contact center workload to build resourcing and optimize scheduling plans • Develop staffing schedules to maximize resource efficiency and meet customer demand • Analyze contact center volumes, trends, productivities, unexpected absences, schedule deviations, and operational disruptions • Evaluate forecasted workload to build resourcing and scheduling plans • Analyze centralized versus decentralized queue strategies and their impact on service level, average speed of answer, and staff adherence • Evaluate key performance metrics to identify improvement areas and make data-driven recommendations • Assess staff productivity and prepare feedback for supervisory staff • Maintain accurate records of schedules, time-off requests, and staffing information • Ensure daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports on contact center effectiveness and efficiency • Assist in developing workforce management policies and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to prioritize preferred • Independent decision-making preferred • Effective time-management skills preferred • Availability for a full-time, 40-hour schedule within Monday–Saturday operating hours of 7:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
