📋 Description

• Monitor call center resources and workloads in real time to optimize resources and achieve Inbound, Clinical Case Work, and Back Office performance targets • Forecast weekly, daily, and interval volumes and workloads based on historical trends and business drivers to determine staffing needs and employee schedules • Work with Inbound, Clinical Reviewers, and Back Office leadership to optimize Workforce Engagement tools • Ensure accurate and timely WFM reporting for team and overall performance for internal and external distribution • Support team leaders with staff scheduling, performance and customer data collection, data analysis, and workforce analysis reports for company leadership

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent — Required • 2 years of Workforce Planning (WFM) experience in Healthcare Compliance, preferably Utilization Review • 5 years of Contact Center or Workforce Planning experience — Required • High level of accountability for achieving client-specific performance guarantee targets and internal service performance goals • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks • Experience with Genesys Cloud and/or NICE Workforce platforms — Preferred • Experience with Excel spreadsheets, ACD reporting, forecasting methodologies, and tools — Required • Ability to work with different teams to meet filing requirements and timelines — Required • Experience with accreditation agencies — Preferred • Ability to work Wednesday-Sunday shift • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • For call center employees, ability to plug directly into the home internet router • Successful completion of identity verification, comprehensive background check, and in-person I-9 verification; may be subject to drug screening • Artificial intelligence tools are prohibited during interviews • Government-issued photo ID required as part of identity verification
