📋 Description

• Guide monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities for chapters and outposts • Refine routine post-event surveys, annual surveys, dashboards, and reports with the chapters team • Collaborate with tech, communications, and digital innovation teams to distribute surveys, build dashboards, and share findings • Structure, transform, and visualize data in Tableau • Clean, analyze, and report on complex survey data and annual monitoring data • Use evaluation data to inform and refine program offerings • Monitor Snowflake and Salesforce data systems to ensure accurate transfers into Tableau dashboards • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on data quality and interpretation • Evaluate chapter programs through survey data • Build and manage surveys and dashboards in Qualtrics • Lead quarterly dashboard review meetings with chapter staff and establish benchmarks and best practices • Summarize findings for internal leadership • Produce evaluation presentations, reports, and data visualization handouts • Lead meetings to identify program iteration and funding opportunities based on findings • Recommend logic model revisions • Attend Applied Research team meetings and represent the Evaluation team in internal and external meetings • Attend required offsites, planning sessions, and company-wide gatherings several times per year

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of demonstrated program evaluation experience in an applied community setting in the United States or Canada • Master's degree in Public Policy, Psychology, Social Work, Family Sciences, Consumer Sciences, or a related field • Expertise with Qualtrics or similar survey systems; willingness to learn Qualtrics • Expertise with Tableau and creating visualizations from varied data sources • Proficiency in at least one data analysis software: Excel, SAS, SPSS, R, or LISREL • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes and implement solutions • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment • Experience, knowledge of, or interest in military and veteran families and community-based research • May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Limited out-of-town/overnight travel may be required • Familiarity with military lifestyle and MSO/VSO knowledge is desired • Salesforce, Snowflake, and SQL proficiency is desired • Strong written and verbal communication skills are desired
