📋 Description

• Participate in planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting for multiple projects across varying contract types, sizes, complexities, and risk levels • Interface with project managers, senior technical staff, contracts, finance, accounts receivable, procurement, and subcontract management • Report detailed information, analyze financial data, and present project cost/schedule briefings to managers and customers • Prepare customer weekly and/or monthly status reports, maintaining accurate burn rate and LOF information • Support spend-plan development and financial analysis, including maintaining Estimates at Completion (EACs) • Participate in annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly latest revised estimates • Analyze and reconcile cash flow, profitability, invoicing, unbillables, and costs on hold • Submit and maintain purchase requisitions and monitor subcontractor costs and invoice review/approval • Participate in new business proposals, project projections, requirements analysis, and cost and management volumes • Support ad hoc programmatic requests and participate in finance-related process improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and six (6) years or more of related experience; or Master's degree and four (4) years or more experience • Concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related discipline preferred • U.S. citizenship required • Understanding of financial management • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with government contracting and contract types including CPFF, FFP, and T&M is a plus • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables • Ability to communicate effectively, meet deadlines, organize action items, prioritize, follow through, and work independently or with a team • Working knowledge of Costpoint and Cognos Workspace Advanced preferred
