📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web‑based applications • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing • Document test results, track defects, and verify resolution through collaboration with developers • Document defects clearly and track them through resolution • Validate data integrations with SQL databases • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other testers during sprint activities • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives • Update test‑related tasks and statuses on the sprint board • Support help desk investigations by reproducing and documenting reported issues • Support test automation initiatives where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience; six (6) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle) • Experience performing software testing for web applications • Familiarity with Agile software development environments • Experience with test management or issue‑tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TFS) • Understanding of C#, .NET Framework/.NET 8+ environments at a level sufficient to test functionality • Ability to write clear, repeatable test cases and evaluate software behavior against requirements • Basic understanding of SQL for test data validation • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Desire to continually improve testing processes, tools, and personal skillset
