📋 Description

• Own Clinician Recruitment, from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activation • Attract and identify the very best clinical talent • Provide a 5-star clinician experience through their hiring journey • Manage our clinician recruitment pipelines as well as building out new recruitment channels • Launch clinical recruitment for brand new specialities • Develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria by working closely with our co-founder and Provider Growth team • Innovate on new systems and tools
